WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
First-time login
Use the email address from your consignor contract as both your username and password. You can update your password after logging in.
Your account view
Your portal shows transactions for items that have sold. It does not display a full inventory of items currently on the floor.
Collecting your balance
When your balance is above $1, visit us during open hours to collect. Balances under $40 are paid in cash; larger balances are issued by check.
Item expiration · 60 days
Items expire 60 days after going on the floor. To reclaim unsold items, schedule a pickup before your expiration date with at least 24 hours notice so we can gather them for you.
Expired items not scheduled for pickup will be donated to charities of our choice. Please book your pickup online before the deadline to avoid forfeiting your items.
